Huddersfield platform 5 query

Just noticed over the last few days that this platform seems to be getting far less use- it is usually used for the Wakefield service but that's operating from 6 today, despite the service being run by a 2-car 144 (though I don't know what's on the other diagram), which would fit in P5. Does anyone 'in the know' have any idea why this might be? Could it be a possible track defect possibly highlighted by the awkward gangway board on 142009 a few weeks back?

At least it demonstrates that platform capacity at HUD is not the limiting factor for an extra Leeds stopper!
