How long to hear from FSR interview?

In my experience this is the norm mate! I took my drivers assessment with FGW in Jan 2012 and didn't hear anything for 2 months then they told me i was not being invited to interview because no as many jobs available as first thought blah blah etc etc!
Then after thinking i'd never hear from them again they called in August asking me to attend interview and that was on the 30th August so just playing the waiting game again! No harm in sending them an email every couple of weeks and asking though, but patience is definitely required from my experiences so far...good luck anyway!

Was the interview for Conductor or driver? I had a structured interview for
conductor and got an Email four days later with my results. That was on 30th
Aug.
No , Station staff. On the careers website it does say they will respond within 24 hours to your message .
Deffo need to chase them up to hear what your results are, they may have been an oversight on their part.

I think you meant to say unsuccesful there, but dont let it put you off,
I only passed on my seventh application so keep at it.
