What I'm more interested in is how many of you gricers try to blend in as far as possible. I've seen some choice specimens on Bethnal Green platforms over the past couple of years complete with greasy hair, National Health specs, parka jacket and trousers (usually brown) that end at least two inches from the shoes. But then there are the ones that you know only because they stand in certain spots on the platform or you catch them muttering into some manner of handheld device.
Either way, you should be aware that, to a railwayman, there is almost nowhere for you to hide. If there's a gricer on the platform we'll usually spot him.

What on God's green Earth do you do at Piccadilly to get drivers shouting at people?hock:

just try and bleddy film at piccly diccally and you get a mouthfull from security staff!!
this was off the driver though![]()
I'm not surprised...drivers don't take too kindly to having lights flashed at them, especially lights of a safety critical colour.
Red light means stop. Green light means go.
As I keep telling an acquaintance of mine, Turn the bl**dy thing off!
Watch it Orville.

I don't agree with that. Groups such as Chavs abuse any kind of enthusiast. Spotter or Photographer, 16 or 46.
Speak for youself, not all of us allow ourselves to get abusedhock:
