I think that's the one I stayed at some years ago, with a room overlooking one of the short open-air sections of the Widened Lines. Hot night and no aircon, so choice between baking or being woken every couple of minutes by a train bursting out of the tunnel and disappearing into the next one. I stayed up until the last train and was woken by the first one, but I think it was then cool enough to close the window and get a couple more hours kip.Quite a few reviews of the Travel Lodge at Kings Cross mention the noise of trains.
I'm not sure if the trains are visible too
