Firstly do the GWR class 150's have any regular work out of the west country (primarily Devon & Cornwall) and if so what depot's still sign them?

Secondly are there any firm plans for replacement of these units? Any details appreciated.

St Ives, Falmouth, Newquay, Liskeard and Gunnislake are all diagrammed as 150s, as is a fair chunk of the Paignton - Exmouths

No I was wondering if there is any current regular diagrams that take them out of Devon and Cornwall.

Not forgetting the Okehampton services too.

As for any services taking them out of D&C, I don't think there is any diagrammed services now - a lot of the Devon > Somerset services seem to be either HST or Turbo's.

I'm expecting the 'The 150's are going nowhere' answer but being realistic they won't last forever. How much longer can they go on for?

I am extremely grateful to 47476NightMail for the detailed summing up of today's allocations.

The working of a 150 to Bristol must be for a specific purpose. Anyone have details?

150233 and 150266 haven't appeared for at least the last week. Presumably they are on Exeter depot with some serious issue?

Generally from what I glean from RTT between 4 and 6 150s are currently out of action each day.

I need 150202 to complete both the GWR fleet and the 150 Class, and therefore I’m very interested when 150s venture off course as I live in Cardiff

They did but Gloucester drivers don’t sign them now, hence they won’t venture up the northern end of the Worcs - Wessex route.

Fratton crews have also surrendered their traction knowledge, so that rules out Brighton.

One did appear on a Portsmouth - Cardiff working earlier this year (I think, time flies these days!); it was one of the FGW liveried sets too, so there were a fair few comments about it being like a timewarp!

You probably need to give us a week or two's notice for when you are going to chase it then, and maybe we can pin it down for you

The Newquay Branch has been without trains all day today. RTT indicates a staffing issue whilst GWR's Journey Check states it is a motive power (Class 150) one. I believe it to be the latter but can anyone confirm?
