I bloody knew it was one of that series!
Afraid not, the Metrovick Co-bos didn’t have headcode boxes, they had indicator discs.Well the headcode has a 'B' on it, which I think means freight, so that narrows it to a loco. By the looks of it, the train has quite a round profile so that makes me think 2x or 3x series. Class 28?
Unless were all falling into a trap *pondering* I wonder what headcode mail trains used?

Well I have very little knowledge of headcodes, being from a world of turbostars and sprinters
Class 110?
Class172 wins! It's the three car Calder Valley unit at Redmire:Class 110?
There's no additional points for naming the popular name of a class already guessedCalder Valley?
Not a 150150??
Cab's not centrally aligned with the middle window so itt can't be a 222 or any other 22xLooks like something quite new: Class 222?
Getting better, it does have end gangwaysIf you reckon it's new... 350?
Once again Sprinterguy is correct, do you have some strange ability that means only you get my pictures right? :roll:Class 458?
Nah, just an efficient use of Google image search coupled with some good hunches.Once again Sprinterguy is correct, do you have some strange ability that means only you get my pictures right?![]()
