Floor open. You know I only got that because I could see the 'C' at the start of the name on the nameboard....

I'll scoop this up for a bit of variety. Seems to just be us three.

Selected using a random number generator:

( Oops... I forgot to say "open floor if correct" last night but you do seem to have realised that would be the case. Apologies. And I think that was my first correct answer for a while as well! )

If I showed the full picture, this would be very easy. I've cropped it heavily, let me know if/when you would like to see a little more.

Correct. Maybe I was a bit too nice with the cropping, I should have left less at the top of the picture.

It was the trays, actually.

Although I did think London Bridge.

I note a headshunt and a pile of track panels in the middle between the running lines; I'm wondering about the country end of Wembley Stadium.

Open floor if it is.

( How many stations have yet to appear on this thread?? )

Edited to say: Having looked again, I see the buffers in fact have no running lines to the far side therefore my guess is as wrong as a very wrong thing.

It's interesting you both say that, London Midland pass within a mile of this station, but don't serve it. And it's not Chiltern :p

By my count, 1403 stations after this.

The station is electrified (despite appearances).

I have a feeling this might be Scouse. Which places us in the Allerton area, as I believe that the only LM services in the area are the Lime St-Birmingham and the like. One of the two lines may have third rail, but no more than that I think (I had previously thought it was a bit of discarded rail. It's Hunts Cross.

I reckon Skipton is close, although not enough platforms...

I now find myself afflicted with an inability to think of likely stations with a platform 7.

In which case, I'll give you a bit more. This will be my last question of the night, I think (I'll stay until it is solved though, assuming it is fairly quick).
