It's clearly in a PF area. It is not on the Western. The green and cream looks SR to me, the sign design I think places it on the South Western Division. It's a long way from Tooting. Templecombe?

Sorry, I apologise for that. It was very impetuous, but I was feeling pretty pleased with myself, as the whole internet seemed to be agreeing with me! :D (Without wanting to sound like a broken record, Beeston was on the list, as was Livepool C...)
