Not Hounslow (sure that came up earlier, but I may be wrong)

Not Chiswick either.

OK, across the road from the multinational is a uni campus (is the next clue for the observant people :P)

OK, absolutely positively definitely Brentford.

It is indeed Brentford

The clues were (this feels like Fort Boyard!)
Nearby tube: Boston Manor
Multinational Co: Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK)
Uni: Thames Valley

And the codeword was Brentford :D

I enjoyed that :D

Oxted - was Brentford on "the list"?

Brentford was on the list. As was Gowerton. Was being the key word. :D
I'm not going to put the list on the thread as it is more than 1500 stations long, and would be a pretty meaningless waste of storage space on the server!

If I'm sensible I won't be on much for the next 17 or so hours, so open floor.

It is at moments like this we need Matt Taylor

Which makes it ironic that while you were typing that out I was actually working a train around the Hounslow loop.....via Brentford!

I think I would probably have gone for Wraysbury as a first guess though.

That's quite ironic! I've been to Brentford a couple of times, both times walking from Boston Manor across to Brentford (once after an interview nearby) so only ever done it in the one direction. As with the majority, the picture was one of my own :)

Anyway, have a go at this one, I suspect someone may have it fairly quickly

EDIT: Helps if I attach an image

If it helps, you are in the right country :)

I'm going to be away for a while now as heading for a train and can't reply on my mobile

Likely to be able to check back next at about half 4 (provided the railway doesn't let me down ;))

I have amazed myself with this answer. Only been there once, driving past in the car last year when the whole station area has been redeveloped. Just sort of recognised the station being tight into the hillside.

Bargoed.
