I have been at it 30 odd years and I have not yet managed it!

I finally got the last bit of the network still in use in and was in use in 1979 when I started taking note but still need some bits that have subsequently gained a passenger service.

North of Clitheroe wait for West Coast diversions in the spring when the route via Shap is closed.

Chester le Street

If i won the lotto, id be making it a priority. I could give myself a month or 2 to cover everything ive yet to cover. Do it all in one go. Money wouldnt be a problem obviously, and neither would work! Id have quit if i won the lotto!!

Of course, in reality i probably wont cover every bit of passenger line, but i'll be giving it a dam good go.

Two changes from Harrogate, so almost certainly one change from Leeds/York. Miles away from Driff. Bolton Trinity Street?

And might I ask what happened to my guess? You seem to have ignored it? A post in which I actually suggested giving a clue?

So this mystery station is served by at least one of the operators that serves Chorley, ie TPE and/or Northern. It is also within one change of Leeds/York. Hexham?

So my guess from a good few minutes go is wrong then, because it only has the one (that I am aware of)?

Penrith

Clagmonster (below): I realised that almost immediately, so I changed it. I'm surprised anyone even noticed it was there; that's quickly I removed it.

I'm running out of ideas. So I feel it's time to try something different. Based on Preston being one of the pictures, I'm going to suggest Ormskirk.

Preston is not one of the pictures and Ormskirk it is not!

The photo on the left is in a different region to the one on the right (however they are both on the same line)

I think the photo on the left is the old Sowerby Bridge.

Huddersfield

Its not Huddersfield and the photo on the left is not Sowerby Bridge.

Another clue. Although there are two operators that serve this station, all trains are crewed by staff from the main operator that serve this station. Also accroding to timetables and station screens the other operator trains are only advertised by that operator in one direction......

Gateshead Metro Centre

Yup, its The Metrocentre, now can u guess the two stations on the pics?
