It could but it isn't.

I will give clues in a while but I just want to make you work a bit first.

There is a clue in the picture where it is geograhically but you need to look hard for it.

I'm thinking that the "clue" is the unit in the background, which is difficult to determine but I am of the impression that it could be a 313 (which is why I chose a location further south, but in practice that doesn't make sense as they used DC on the WCML). Thinking that it could instead be a 315 or 317, I am going to change to the ECML and choose Stevenage.

By "it could but it isn't", do you mean just HRW, or the entire south...?

N.B.: Motherwell has already been.

Not entirely sure, but probably.

You can work this out.

The route is electrified and has 156s operating down it. And still does today and is in Scotland.
