I was thinking Lancashire/Yorkshire becuase of the brickwork in the left of the picture. Having never got off at Ebbsfleet only passed through explains why I was struggelling.

The rules are not clear on this. I have been working to the station was open when the picture was taken. I have done a couple that have since closed.
