Quite a modern pic that. From the sign in the background, which *seems* to say 1 2 3 4 & 12, and also the black and red colour scheme, I wouldn't hesitate to call Crewe. It probably isn't though.

Try this one. I like using these older pictures because pre-privatisation liveries aren't such a giveaway.

Well, I have well over 370,000 miles on the clock and started out as an enthusiast back in spring 1979, so I have been to or through virtually the entire list of stations on the national network...

It also means I'm familar with the pre-privatisation stuff, by the way; recognised Fareham instantly but only just got online.....!!
