I was going to say Swansea at first, but the train to the right just doesn't look right for either FGW or ATW. In fact, I didn't know what to make of it!

Having had an amusing PM conversation with both people involved ("amusing" meaning their respective replies were amusing) we now move on to this blurry staircase which does not come under TfL jurisdiction.
