Did you get a bit soggy in your sudden dash from Haslemere to Lake? :P

Lake is, however, very much the correct location!

Thought that may catch you lot out  (pretty impressed we managed to go from Southern, to the West Midlands (sorry, I had to capitalise on what 185 gave me :D), to Merseyrail, to SWT to Island Line (part of SWT)....what a tour of England!)

I completely missed the point of the parent TOC clue, but you weren't giving anything away so it was worth a punt.

Arty photo time. Bonus points for identifying what the adverts are for.

Damned good punt, I must say!

And here we go with the toaster images again :P

Crossover's pic was tough :p

Well, I aim to please :P

I have to say, it was partly btcc fan's idea, who was with me at Lake, so I can't take all the credit (though even they forgot it was Lake :P)

I'm unsure what you mean by opposite. I assume it is deliberately cryptic. Kensal Rise is about opposite on a diaganol axis accross Zone 1 on the London Connections map, so I'll give that a try.

Brondesbury?

See above - complete with Kensal Rise as a guess! :p

Oops, missed a couple of guesses. Brondesbury Park is the only other plausible answer using said interpretation.

Wait a minute!

That sign clearly states "West Hampstead", which I was about to post! <( There is a difference between West Hampstead and Hampstead Heath...

Yes, well done Ivo. (Ahem.)

Just shows how misleading topographical maps are.

Yes, it's the same pic as the first one except with name in.

Ivo definitely got there first. I changed my post before he posted.

Etc.

Next up:

Edit: I've removed the pic, it seems to be Ivo's turn.

Further edit: Pic reinstated for the record seeing as Ivo got it as I was deleting.

I knew I recognised it [OxtedL's picture], and having used West Hampstead last year it occurred to me to try that. I came on to the thread, realised you'd already declared it so posted anyway - and then went on Streetview to verify that I did indeed recognise it.

Anyway, if those were through platforms on the new one I would have said Manchester Victoria. But they clearly aren't. Instead, could it be Hull?

Ahh cant see that pic. Any chance to up it as an attachment? Work server blocks hosting sites and that..

Crikey, that was quick. They aren't through platforms and it is Hull.

Definately your floor.

It was up as an attachment, however I removed it when I discovered the error at Hampstead. I will reinstate it seeing as Ivo seemingley got it whilst I was removing it.
