I think I have it. It's ATN out of a PTE area and not electrified. That makes it Cononley. I hope.

You are correct Cononley it is, but your logic is a bit off as it is most certainly electrified! For some reason the NRE picture doesn't show up the wires but if you look in the distance you can see the OHLE masts even if you can't see the wires themselves (which I was hoping people would miss and so thanks IPT for falling into my trap ).
