There is more than a passing resemblance in the posters to FGW "Train Times" posters, actually...

Let's give Topsham a try. I really can't remember what it's like down there; haven't been since April.

Correct about FGW, wrong Westcountry branch though.

Sandplace

(which I was tempted to say instead of Topsham, as it turns out)

You are correct.

OK, chaps; here we go. Sorry it's a bit lop-sided. The white blob obscures something what may have been an giveaway.

I saved over the original by mistake  Ah, well; that's what SD cards are for. I'll just copy it over again.

@ TB: Grr...! :D I have been next to the Looe line (in a car), but never on it. Having said that, if I had been on an FoSW as should have been the case (have finally had final clearance from Uni though :D), that would have been changing in just under 45 hours.

My Internet died <(

Not too surprisingly, the "local" is the one who called it correctly.

This was taken on the penultimate day of the 421s on the Lymington branch.

And I have successfully resurrected the original, so here it is.

The SR green totem was something of a give away, although this was an easy one for me anyway.:D

I don't even recognise the livery! :?

It looks like Beeching did a job on this station, because there is a space (and possibly platform) on the other side of the fence.

Wild guess then, probably on the wrong side of 200 miles out; Wrenbury

That is the Regional Railways Express livery that they were originally delivered in.

They were once all painted that colour.

Not Wrenbury.

I though this was very easy and it would go quickly.

When did 158s go to Loughborough? :?

I have to admit though, I did kind of recognise the station but thought I was probably making it up and thus went for one I've not seen...

MT has it. It is indeed Loughborough.

158s still go to Loughborough EMT run that way on Sundays.

They run there on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays too ;)

Seriously, I didn't realise 158s ran that far south. I assume this is the local services around Derby?

Sorry

Shows what I know :D

Seen as no-one has taken the floor, I shall (again ).

Give me a minute or two, and I'll have one ready of you all.
