It’s neither Hampton Court nor Staines
No not BrentfordBrentford?
Not Hampton. No one has yet guessed the correct TOC.Hampton?
No, this isn’t a Southeastern managed station.hmmm
Elmstead Woods?
The river segment on the map feels like this should be distinctive but can't place it
Nor is it a Southern managed station!Carshalton?
Absolutely right! I bet that’s the first time anyone has worked out the answer to one of these that way. I actually thought someone would guess that one pretty quickly! I was going to post this view from the same spot facing the other way if they didn’t. Anyway all yours! That's Marlow, going by the shape of the lakes in the map?

Manchester Airport?I figured you'd left the lakes part of the map in as a clue...?
Anyway... here's the next entry; no fiendish editing again - just blanking out anything that would give it away instantly:

Well spotted - yes, in 1997 so not long after it opened. It's grown a bit since!Manchester Airport?
Afraid not, because as you can see it's Manchester Airport. I think they'd love to have facilities like this at Avonmouth, though. It would make the railway much more attractive.I think its a very old photo as I was about 5 when trains looked like that. I think this is Avonmouth station?
Lisa
It was two platforms at the time; that's not actually a reflection of the train - it's another train on the other side! That is interesting what looks like a one platform terminus but with a buffet and substantial building! Is it still just a single platform?
Is the right answer…thought that would be too easy!Staplehurst?
Thanks. Is the right answer…thought that would be too easy!
Too easy! Well done.Portsmouth Harbour?
It’s a Northern station, but not that one.Struggling with where to start for this one...
Kirkby-in-Furness?
No, still too far westHellifield the big junction on the Settle and Carlisle?
Correct!Battersby?
