looks like it's for the Southern drivers side? Judging by the salary?

No start dates were discussed. Only notice periods, and for which home depot i had applied.
I was told that HR would notify me if i had been successful or not, is that a good or bad thing?
Feeling more nervous after the interview than i did before it now.

Got a letter this morning saying I had passed the dmi, delighted!
they posted that pretty quickly considering my dmi was yesterday afternoon!

With regards to the question "Have you previously applied for a Drivers role in the past 6 months and been unsuccessful at any stage of the recruitment process?" does anyone know if this applies to those who have failed a Driver Manager Interview?
The way it reads seems to suggest that however it would seem a bit odd that they wouldn't take someone who'd got a full set of assessment passes yet got a bit unlucky with a DMI.

Nothing in the post box for me this morning, I am pinning my hopes on the fact I live quite a way from London and my invite took a day longer than everyone elses! keeping everything crossed for 2 days!

Received my letter today confirming I made the talent pool. I guess it's just a matter of waiting now?

It would seem that anyone who has failed a DMI in the past 6 months isn't allowed to apply, amazing really since the other TOCs would likely invite anyone who has a full set of assessment passes and a decent application form to an interview.
Tempted to ask HR about it on Monday, I'm guessing it's the way the question is worded. They have, after all, put two different salaries down in the ad and added a 10 year old job profile document.

It was a bit weird because they had one question about failing the Stage 1 and Stage 2 assessments within the past 6 months and then a separate question about failing any part of the process within the past 6 months. Hopefully applications will still be open Monday night if I'm able to sort it with HR (I cannot apply unless they reset the form).
