I think not, dk1 has already said 2 x Cl 37's - on the GA Unit Failures thread.

But there are going to be 2 rakes according to Modern Railways or whichever mag it was that I was reading in Smiffs the other day.

Any idea how long these sets will be in use for?

RAIL implies the ga 170s will be refurbished by next summer...

'AGA expects the refurbishment of its diesel multiple unit fleet to be completed by next summer'

i believe the 170 repaints were due to start this year but i think because of railcare going into administration its been pushed back to next year the repaints of the 170's shouldn't take long as there is only 12 to do unless they are recieving an interior refurbishment aswell

No, we've at the moment got enough DMUs to cover all diagrams and also only the 1 47.

Just a few updates for the list -

156417 is now back from Wolverton (and has been for some time).
I believe 82136 went off to Loughborough when 82152 returned in GA livery.

I would imagine 156416 is due back shortly, anyone able to confirm this?
Does anyone know what the plan is when 156416 returns? Is 314 heading off next for repaint or are they sending the first few 156's back for alterations?

417 has been back for AGES! (Keep up at the back)
82136 is at Loughborough.

416 is due back anytime now.
First few 156's (402, 412 & 422) back for alterations then 153314.

90010 has jumped up the queue and will be off to Crewe for its exam and then Toton for repaint.

Anyone else noticed that the black window surrounds line up all the way along the set from the loco ...until the DVT? It is slightly higher even though the grey lower bar is level.

There has been one set running around since Tuesday with two coaches plastered in graffiti which was done overnight Monday whilst stabled at a Orient Way. Very poor to leave it so long & playing into the (artists) criminals hands. Don't want to go back to the National Express slack days!!

Looking at the picture linked above, the top of the black area is exactly in line with the top of the window frames on the DVT. Any lower and it wouldn't cover them fully.

I see what you're saying but it spoils the line up with the rest of the train. I have looked at it in various locations & when passing in case it was the track. Looks good apart from that & i wasn't keen at first.
