That is not the Train Simulator model, it's entirely custom.

It’s information that’s readily available from internet sources.

A quick google search pulls all the above information from both the ORR and Companies House within the first search page.

This IS the official website and has been live (and been consistent) with all open-access operations pursued by Ian Yeowart over at least the last 5 years.

It is completely in line with GUT.

It isn't from Train Simulator, it is a real website and it's been there for years.
