You owe me a cuppa anyway Bosch... Black with sugar!
Has the third PC arrived yet?
The problem with the fire alarms at sunderland , may be resolved due to single bank working on the power cars
HS
.
Out of interest have GC been paying for the paths that they havent been using?
Do GC drivers have route knowledge via Cambridge?
You are correct about the alarms at s/land,they were'nt designed for "Proper Trains" the position of the alarms are adjacent to the colour light signal,142's,15x's etc do not stop adjacent to the "boards" hence when we've turned up with 47's etc we set them off,our drivers have been instructed to arrive and depart s/land(Im black an white, cant bring meself to say the word s........d)on notch 1,personally it should be FULL CLAG leaving the station !!!![]()
No no, I was referring to what you said in your other post, which I paraphrase below:
"...been instructed to arrive and depart s/land(Im black an white, cant bring meself to say the word s........d)on notch 1,personally it should be FULL CLAG leaving the station !!!..."
I've highlighted the bits I was on about.
Arriving into Sunderland on notch 1? I hope not! :-Phock:
Just so long as you don't N1 it out of every station a la FGW drivers...:x
Hehe I don't think you understand VXCFan's point, what he's saying that he would have thought that arriving at a station with power applied and not idling is rather unsual. Nice to know you'll be entertaining us elsewhere in the route though, will let you know when I'm planning on doing it, all I can say is hope you're drivingUnfortunately it has to be N1 on arrival AND departure because of those damned alarms, however it wont apply elsewhere on the route so should be plenty of "clag" elswhere !!![]()

I'm happy to oblige with a camera... as it means I get to crawl all over/under/around it taking close up detail shots..!![]()
As long as you don't get in my way tomorrow,I dare say I will be on the train as I have for the last week trying to put it right. If I see you tomorrow with the camera I will be sure to abraid you!!
BTW,43084's arrived on shed, without any numbers!
