What do they employ children to do?
Train maintenance?
Ah it's a cheap shot, I'm sorry!
What do they employ children to do?
Perhaps they could replace the pricing manager. They'd probably do a better job (well they couldn't do any worse!)![]()
Instead of knocking them about tickets on here, why dont you put your money where your mouth is and pop along to River House and offer your services, tell them IN PERSON exactly where they are going wrong after all you do proclaim to be the resident ticketing expert on here dont you !!
As for Wensley & GNERman, good luck and enjoy your work experience lads, ignore the **** takers and hopefully in the future who knows what will happen eh !!![]()
does anybody know what train 1a60(06:41 ex sunderland) and 1n28(16:50 ex london kings cross) are going to be on friday (23rd july)
thank you
What happened to today's second train off Sunderland?
Nice to see 43065 and 43084 on 1A60 tomorrow, I look forward to travelling. I hope the return run at 16:50 (1N28) which is supposed to be 180105 is running
Say hi, I have a nametag on for GC and am joining A60 at Northallerton then heading to York...
Off topic...but I am red/green colour blind...lucky for the world I am not a loco driver, though in 40 years of driving etc etc (lousy at snooker too!)
However I tried to log onto the HST site and their validation code is impossible to read...do you think that they are trying to preclude colour-blind HST fans?
If you can tell me the times of 1A63 through York on Friday i will not care...they can go fly a kite...bah![]()

Grand Central have released the "extra times" for the Hartlepool Tall Ships 2010, with a very nice looking page for it, too!
http://www.grandcentralrail.co.uk/TALLSHIPSTT.pdf
That's a fairly impressive timetable, especially the late trains Hartlepool-York on the first day![]()
Didn't think they had enough stock for all those extras. What happens if the 180s go pop again?
Is there any truth in the rumour I heard that Grand Central are planning on running 100% of their regular services any time in the near future?
Did they just beat Northern into bidding for the paths or are Northern applying there usual 'if it's outside our preferred patch (Manchester&Yorkshire) We aren't interested?' mentality?
