Please answer the poll below!
Why the poll...? Surely this is a no-brainer.
No, absolutely not under any circumstances whatsoever. It is a criminal act. End of.

anyone who ever proclaims that graffiti is in any way connected to art should be jailed for inciting criminal damage.

I'm fairly sure this topic has been done to death on another thread.
)i think it should defently be allowed but under "controlled circumstances". As long as its not resist or anything that can affend anyone.
Its a good way to get messages over to young people and it will jazz trains up a bit. We advertise on trains don't we. Its really another form of advertising.
i would rather see a bit graffiti on a train with a cool effect message it than an advert for half price burgers at McDonalds or specsavers.
Powerfull messages about drugs, smoking, gang wars are often shown though music video's in should be broadcasted everywhere to get the message over to people. Also some of it looks really good aswell. Someone posted a link somewhere. Follow that link and see for yourself before droping another comment on here.
The whole point of graffiti is to 'stick two fingers up at authority'!
The only 'message' it sends is I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLES' PROPERTY.
By the way Specsavers do NOT sell burgers!
But then I'm not a fan of art anyway. One of THE most pointless ways of spending money (whether painting it, commissioning an exhibition of it or buying it) I've ever seen. I mean, if someone can throw a tin of paint at a canvas and it is declared to be art...
*Walks off tutting*
I think you're just not creatively minded. Art is a great thing.
However, there used to be a really good one on Shepreth TSC box(in between the track where you go KX or Liverpool St)but I think it was only visible from KX services..it was one of a girl in a leather coat
