Got my contract :)

Got my contract in the mail this morning for a conductors job. Start the course at the end of this month, Stoked, still can't believe I've got it.

Thanks to everybody who posts on here. This forum is an invaluable resource for hopefuls and I encourage anybody trying to get in, to just keep persevering with it

I've started writing a blog about the whole process that will include the whole process from application through to passing out which I'll publish on here once I go over the company's media policy and see if it's ok. There aren't many blogs covering the conductor recruitment process so hopefully it will help somebody

Well done mate, I just completed my Conductor training
and got signed off yesterday with Scotrail, I'm getting let
loose on my own today to do my first shift. Can't wait.

Well done, I got my contract yesterday as well and I am still laughing at the fact they provide me with long johns as part of my uniform . I am also really grateful for all the help and advice I received. It is great you have started a blog. I will look forward to reading it. I start my training in September for Manchester Piccadilly and my training is in Huddersfield. Lucky for me the company who provide the work shoe's are close by, so I went to try some on today from the list they sent and I am so glad I did.
