My error message is "403: Forbidden - you do not have permission to access this document."

The dreaded 403 - a sign that something is being done, probably for the worse.

We must have just set a new record for the fastest 15-post page in RUK's history - 6 minutes!

It's easy to run a good service, if you don't have any trains.

The legacy NXEA leaves:

22:30 Cambridge to Norwich due 23:46
This train has been delayed and is expected to be 139 minutes late from Ely.
This is due to poor weather conditions.

I like Nat Rail's page for Great Anglia...As the legacy of NX still continues to creep in:

Surprising really at this time of day!

Anyone having any luck with the site yet?

I don't know why but I find that kind of cool :P

Well hold on a minute; what happens with 24-hour services when they change hands? Why doesn't anyone ever mention those?

For outside The Next Station Is game ;)

I doubt even that has managed 15 in 6 minutes! But I'm not trawling through 900 pages to found ou; it'll take me until 4 am at least! Even Abellio aren't that slow.

Still dead as far as I can tell.

I find this cool. I have mental pictures of little goblins re-branding the train as it goes along.

I see someone has updated the Wiki page as well (last update: 0211). Strange how the unofficial stuff is always more efficient

Perhaps theyve just realised that they actually properely have the Franchise? (That or NX are trying to hold on to split milk)

20 members (and six guests) at 0218? This is ridiculous. All waiting for one hapless website to decide it wants to live

Yeah, that was me down here, just edited a couple of bits of text to reflect the current situation

Google and Wiki combined indicate an IP address from Victoria! What do you know

I can just imagine some GA staff getting off at each station stop, peeling off some of the NX logo as quickly as possible, and sticking on each new bit of GA vinyl as the service goes along!

I'm a bit late to this by any means, but checked out the service disruption page on the NXEA website?

"We will review this situation on Sunday morning and an update will be provided on the home page of our website, to all email alert subscribers and via our Twitter feed: @NXEastanglia."

Now... has anyone at NXEA realised? ;)

I'm going to bed. Someone wake me up when it changes.

Actually... don't bother. At this rate I'll wake up before it does

The last two franchise changes also involved NX losing out (East Coast in 2009 and Gatwick Express in 2008)...

And the next-but-one franchise change may well see the fall of c2c, the last NX rail company, and the exit of NX from the British railway scene.

It would appear not! They certainly haven't made any reference to it anywhere except for one tweet which was rather ironically to c2c to tell them the new account name.

The first Greater Anglia service is a bus!

0410 London Liverpool St - Stansted Airport.

First train is, I believe, the 0440 London Liverpool Street - Broxbourne

The same NX who, in the middle of the last decade, held as many as eight franchises at once.

In no particular order:

Midland Mainline
Central Trains
Silverlink
Wales & West
Wales & Borders
Wessex Trains
'One'
NXEC
NXEA
Scotrail
c2c
Gatwick Express
WAGN
Valley Lines

Someone's doing something. That 403 has now changed to:

An Error Was Encountered

This domain is not set up correctly.

Also, I'm now seeing the GA logo in the address bar.

The NRE account has also changed to @NRE_GrAnglia.

They need to sort out the logo tho!
