This is something I have never gotten.
The stopping trains stop at Finsbury Park, Potters Bar, Hatfield and Welwyn before stopping at all stations.
I understand that Finsbury Park is a good interchange with Moorgate services and that Hatfield and Welwyn have a good amount of employers. But why Potters Bar?
It doesn't have big employers nearby (as far as I know). Is this more to do with capacity restraints or something else entirely?
