I will guess at 1 picogram = 1 x 10^12 grams so 1 x 10^-12 / 239 (I will go for a fairly common isotope atomic weight) moles so


1 x 10^-12 / 239 x Avogadro 6.023 x 10^23 - simplifies to 10^+11 x 6.023/239 - I will round so 6/240 = 1/40 so 1/4 x 10^+11 = 2.5 x 10^10 = 25 x 10^9 - so approx 25 billion ?

That's within one order of magnitude, the answer I have is 180 billion. Your turn...

It has been calculated that the human body has always carried a base load of, perhaps 103–105 atoms (< 0.2 amol) of natural plutonium. Since 1945, the release of 239Pu into the environment from atmospheric nuclear weapons testing has added to this base load a civilization-related load which, at ≈ 300 fmol, is at least 5 order of magnitude greater.
(300 fmol = 1.8 x 10^11 atoms approx.)

It is the tallest mountain in Germany.
It does begin with Z because it is the Zugspitze.
