You have it. Beyond Visual Line Of Sight is the current regulatory obstacle to commercial drone flights, with flights that are BVLOS currently needing CAA approval and an individual safety case. (Drone was the answer I was angling for.....)
@DaleCooper - as you got it 80% correct (and radar is BVLOS) you can fly in the next question......
