When the Jews made their journey out of Egypt, led by a leader with a staff, that leader was under the mistaken impression that horticultural podiatry was required to help him on that journey. In a well-known film. that event was used as lyrics in a song.

Who can tell what the verses were that told of the matter?

I suppose the song isn't that one which is presumably reckoned highly un-PC nowadays: about a Sunday school catering to a certain segment of humanity (Young folks, old folks, everybody come ...) -- verse thereof, dealing with the Exodus?

In P.G. Wodehouse's comic fiction: prize pig belonging to, and held in great affection by, Lord Emsworth.

Thank you. Thus, me to go -- staying with "the brute creation" -- in honour of which, non-European, species of creature: was there created in quite recent times, a new design of Scottish tartan?
