They have all asked Donald Trump not to use their music in election campaigningThat was a bit bland for my liking, I'll have to spice thing up a little. Anyway....
Apart from they are all musicians, what links Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Adele, Bob Dylan and Eminem?

Using the old name of Whittlesea as an example, I think it means somewhere that is surrounded by water - such as Whittlesea was before the fens were drained. What does an “ea” place name suffix generally mean in Britain?

Not as far as I'm aware. Was it a British army regiment that had previously been number 100 in the old, pre-county afilliation, system? I may be thinking of the Berkshires, or were they the Scruffy Half-hundredth?
Child in car "Are we there yet?"What was/is The Bloody Hundredth?
Very good but no.Child in car "Are we there yet?"
Dad "For the bloody hundreth time, NO!"
They flew B-17s out of Thorpe Abbotts In Norfolk. The 100th Bomb Group were part of the USAAF 8th Air Force - so never under Harris’s command. They suffered very high losses so hence the nickname of The Bloody Hundredth. The present day 100th Air Refuelling Wing based at RAF Mildenhall can trace their heritage back to the 100th BG so have adopted the name The Bloody Hundredth as a matter of pride. I would have accepted the 100th ARW as an acceptable answer.A bomber group from the USA - NOT under the command of Bomber Harris. I think they were from Texas and they sustained horrendous losses - forgotten where they were based - presumably somewhere in Suffolk? Cant remember the planes- want to say B29s but I don't think they were. I know there is one preserved a the National museum of the Airforce at Wright-Patt in Dayton OH.
Maddie Prior I think was one but I can't think of the other. Sandy Denny was another great singer of that era but she was Fairport Covention and Fotheringay so pretty sure she didn't sing with Steeleye Span. How about Linda Thompson?A hopefully not to obscure music question. During the great Folk revival of the late 1960s and 1970s until now, a group called Steeleye Span was formed. The original group had 2 female artists. What were their names?
Maddie Prior is the only correct one. Looking for one more.Maddie Prior I think was one but I can't think of the other. Sandy Denny was another great singer of that era but she was Fairport Covention and Fotheringay so pretty sure she didn't sing with Steeleye Span. How about Linda Thompson?
