B1145 from Kings Lynn to Mundesley (the 'Trans-Norfolk Highway' of the Sid Kipper folk song)?
Just over 60 miles at a rough guess.

You've got me stumped there! Even by cheating and looking at my road atlas, I can't find a longer one....although, admittedly, my road atlas is quite a few years old and some roads may have been re-numbered since it was published. Not that one sorry, hint it’s north of the border
Is it the Norfolk B roads (120 miles navigable)? What’s the longest B Road in the UK?
How long is it?
I didn't realise that Norfolk was north of the borderIs it the Norfolk B roads (120 miles navigable)?
It's north of the Suffolk border.I didn't realise that Norfolk was north of the border(see post #27,422)
Unfortunately notIs it that B road that runs from NE of Carlisle through Newcastleton and past beyond the head of the Keider Vally?
Thanks for that. My memory is not what it used to be.The correct answer is B6318 Langholm to Heddon on the Wall which is 61 miles long

I was expecting GRALISTAIR to have set a new question being the nearest to the answerWhat's happening here?
No worries of coursePlease May I declare open floor. I am traveling and jet lagged as hell and won’t be able to monitor. In SEA airport waiting for flight to ANC. Sorry for the confusion above I only got a part of the answer so did not think it was me to set a question.
Sorry, three blanksAddis Ababa
Essen
Somewhere in Greenland
Your jetlag is doing you some goodBriefly popping in. SGN for 100% certain is Saigon but I think it is now called something very wordy like Ho Chi Minh City International Airport.
No bs logging on from 35000 feet above Canada - Alaska inside passage around about JNU.ESF is Alexandria, Louisiana.View attachment 140428No bs logging on from 35000 feet above Canada - Alaska inside passage around about JNU.
I have flown into ESF but it is not my usual choice. I prefer BTR or even MSY and I have also flown into SHV. Airport is for 100% certain in Louisiana and I think the nearest city is Alexandria though I could make a case for Baton Rouge but it already has its own airport BTR.
AAA I don’t remember exactly but I am sure it is in the South Pacific. I want to say Bora Bora but I don’t think that is correct.
I agree.I had a look at Google: it gives AAA as Anaa in the Tuamotu Islands and CMN for Casablanca Mohammed V.
