Not that one sorry, hint it’s north of the border
You've got me stumped there! Even by cheating and looking at my road atlas, I can't find a longer one....although, admittedly, my road atlas is quite a few years old and some roads may have been re-numbered since it was published.

Is it that B road that runs from NE of Carlisle through Newcastleton and past beyond the head of the Keider Vally?

I don’t fully know the answer but I came upon this by accident a few weeks ago when searching for Railway Grid Feeders. There is one/ going to be at Ecclefechan and already is around Carlisle New Yard area and searching in the area I came across Langolm? Or Langholm. I could swear that is the start of the road and it runs east to I assume to I think Morpeth? Don’t remember the number.

Please May I declare open floor. I am traveling and jet lagged as hell and won’t be able to monitor. In SEA airport waiting for flight to ANC. Sorry for the confusion above I only got a part of the answer so did not think it was me to set a question.

As @GRALISTAIR quoted IATA codes in his response, lets have a question on some codes.

Which airports do these IATA codes represent:

AAA
ESF
SGN

Briefly popping in. SGN for 100% certain is Saigon but I think it is now called something very wordy like Ho Chi Minh City International Airport.

IMG_0770.jpegNo bs logging on from 35000 feet above Canada - Alaska inside passage around about JNU.

I have flown into ESF but it is not my usual choice. I prefer BTR or even MSY and I have also flown into SHV. Airport is for 100% certain in Louisiana and I think the nearest city is Alexandria though I could make a case for Baton Rouge but it already has its own airport BTR.

AAA I don’t remember exactly but I am sure it is in the South Pacific. I want to say Bora Bora but I don’t think that is correct.

ESF is Alexandria, Louisiana.

AAA is not in the Pacific.

Time for a clue. The airport has four 'A's in its name, but does not start with 'A'. It is in Africa.

My aircraft combined volume appears to be missing this code, so I'm guessing it's a very minor airport somewhere?

Edit: I don't know why it's showing the picture sideways...

I'll put you out if your misery. AAA is Casablanca for some reason!

Since @GRALISTAIR got two right, I'll ask him to set the next question.
