Sorry not correct.
You are spot on with Emergency Ward 10, lots of actors started their careers on the show.Good grief -this takes me back - early 60s if I recall correctly. I was only about 5 when I started watching this.

I'll take it.Hellish busy Will be working late into the afternoon and evening. Daughter just arrived last night into US too. Long story short, I can't monitor so OPEN FLOOR please.
Correct, open floor...Got to answer this one even though if I get it correct I will declare open floor. With batteries etc, rare earths are becoming increasingly important. I am a chemist and know the periodic table off by heart. This mine has had the most element discoveries of anywhere.
yttrium (not a rare earth but a transition element) is named after it and so is Erbium, Terbium and Ytterbium -all of which are Lanthanides or F block elements. And I am almost certain Gadolinium was also discovered there and possibly Thulium and Scandium. Very historically important place to science.
Strontium? (is that actually an element? -- my clulessness about "science stuff", is great)
As far as I am aware since the big bang every sequence of events that has ever occurred did not culminate in fur-covered tadpoles.Thank you.
What sequence of events did not culminate in fur-covered tadpoles?
In the song "Froggy Went a Courtin'"?@DaleCooper, @Gloster: this was indeed, an admittedly fictional sequence of events -- love the Wind in Willows idea; but what I'm thinking of, originated in the oral rather than the written canon; and might be seen as just a little bit more biologically "kosher", than the suggested Toad / Mole scenario.
That's it ! The version with -- after Mousie has fallen victim to the cat, and Froggy to the duck -- final verse:In the song "Froggy Went a Courtin'"?
Thank you. That's it ! The version with -- after Mousie has fallen victim to the cat, and Froggy to the duck -- final verse:
"And that was the end of him and of her --
There won't be any tadpoles covered in fur."
@DaleCooper -- yours to set the next one.
A mechanical device for measuring areas from a 2D drawing. E.g. the area of a field with an irrergular boundary.Thank you.
Next question:
What is a planimeter?
That's correct, I've used one and still can't believe it really works. Your turn...A mechanical device for measuring areas from a 2D drawing. E.g. the area of a field with an irrergular boundary.
I've never managed to comprehend how they work either. That's correct, I've used one and still can't believe it really works. Your turn...
