Traffic drives on the left in Pakistan and on the right in China. However there are a lot of international border crossings where this occurs. This is not unique to the Khunjerab Pass.

Are there any ferries operating on Lake Titicaca in the Andes? That's got to be 3800+ metres (12,500 feet) above sea level.

Correct answer. About 4 years ago the National Bank of Pakistan installed an ATM machine almost at the summit of the Khunjerab Pass. The highest (in terms of altitude) ATM in the world. Here is a nice photo of it.
