Nigeria and Cameroon have had decent tournaments as I recall but that’s probably only fairly recent. However, I will go with Nigeria.
Nigeria were 1996 gold medal winners (Atlanta) and silver medalists in 2008 (Beijing).

Cameroon were 2000 gold medals winners (Sydney).

But the answer is not either of these two.

Still looking for a nation that has won three times, other than Great Britain.
