Because Glamorgan represent the whole of Wales in cricketing terms.Which reminds me, how come Glamorgan CCC sometimes play their home games at Colwyn Bay?
They've played at a lot of grounds outside the conventional counties of Glamorgan (i.e. South, West and Mid) over the years - Newport, Ebbw Vale and Abergavenny - the old county of Gwent; Llanelli (Carmarthenshire) being a few. There's also at least one in Pembrokeshire, although I can't remember the name for now.
