Maybe another clue... This ceremony takes place every night at 9:53pm and was delayed only once due to the Germans bowing up a building nearby

Those Germans, don't care where they bow, do they?

Is it the drinking of the Horlicks? (something which Chas is allegedly very fond of when Camilla is in the mood)

Ceremony of the keys?

Yep - it has only been delayed once as a result of enemy action. The officer in charge sent a letter to the King apologising for it being late - they'd been blown off their feet - and the King replied that he was not to be punished

Your floor, sir

Strange how a guess sometimes produces an answer that somehow rings a bell.
I also vaguely recall seeing a ceremony on TV where a series of questions/replies went something like:
Who goes there?
The keys
Whose keys?
The Queen's keys.

Anyway, next question.
Where would you find a very old stained glass window that depicts the game of golf being played. The window is believed to be some 300 years older than any depiction of the game to be found in Scotland.
