To be honest my answer was an on the spot guess (With a hangover). My reasoning was that according to a snippet of information I heard Berwick is still technically at war with Russia and I made the assumption that at some point they were profiting from a war with Russia.

A bit of a wild stab in the dark but not without a reason.

I am thinking of Sergei Prokofiev as the composer.

Whilst I think that Peter and the Wolf is an adaptation of a childrens story, I am somewhat unsure of the classical musical piece, so will venture the Violin Concerto No 1 in D major.
