For what would "Wilhelm" be credited in films such as "Distant Drums", "Star Wars" and "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers"?

The "Wilhelm" Scream is a stock sound effect, first used in Distant Drums, but used very widely, including in all the films named.

I'm abandoning the film theme now.
