I knew it held F1 races in the past, I just hoped it had a golf course within its boundaries, which it seems it does

Next Question:

When did Good Friday fall on Boxing day?

What controversial idea did Norwich City Manager John Bond present to the AGM in September 1980?

I'll give you all a clue and say it was something to do with fans.

It's the big bell sitting on the ground in Moscow with a big crack in it,I have walked past it a few times.

Correct, it is in fact the world's largest bell.
Although you've not yet mentioned the unusual aspect that I was looking for.

It's never been rung, although I'm sure you're looking for something else.

This seems to have gone quiet of late, so...

Everyone knows that the term "Berliner" refers to the German equivalent of a doughnut. But what would a person in Berlin itself call them, and why does this present a problem to other German speakers?

Now then.

Wasn't it President Kennedy who described himself inadvertently as a doughnut?

I'm guessing that the locals returned the compliment, referring to sticky ring-shaped confections as "JFKs", pronounced jaffkes. This caused confusion in the rest of Germany, where jaffkes is the nickname given to Jaffa Cakes...

No, that was it. The massive crack occurred during the casting, when a fire broke out and vast quantities of water were needed. This cooled the metal too quickly and introduced weakness, meaning that the world's largest bell has never been rung.

Sorry - I forgot about the GKQ!

Nice try, but no. Nothing to do with JFK.
