Thank you although I confess I don't really know the lyrics it was just the first (only?) song I could think of with UK in the title.

Next question:

Astable, Monostable and Bistable are varieties of what?

Names of characters in the (numerous) works of E. Nesbit, author of The Railway Children <D ? Ah, no -- some of her books were about the adventures of a family called Bastable -- not the above ...

Nobody get into school boy giggles please OK? They are types of multi-vibrators in electronic applications NOT sexual applications!

We may have had this question before,

Who are the top 5 US Presidents by height in the correct order please. 4th place is a tie so the order between 4 and 5 is not critical.

Which Yorkshire player has held a world record in a first class match for over 90 years?

If I maybe forgiven- let’s keep it on cricket.
If I maybe forgiven- let’s make it about Lancashire.

A record was set by a Lancashire player a long time ago and still stands - though it was against Somerset. Name of the player and record please. Hope I am not too obtuse.

A.C. Maclaren once scored 424 against Somerset in the late 19th century. Think this was a record score by any batsman in a first class match in England for almost nine decades. Fair chance it's still a Lancashire CCC record.

Staying with county cricket in England/Wales, which three of the current eighteen first class counties, have never won the official County Championship, since it was started in 1890?
