anything above St Albans seems to be getting ****ed onWe've got sun here at the moment, infact today hasn't been too bad. Makes up for yesterday when it rained almost none stop.

Yeah, the ok-ish weather today certainly makes up for yesterday for me too. Wandering around the Barnsley scrapyards in that weather is NOT fun. Journey back to Stoke wasn't any better either, M1 was solid 'cause of the weather and a big fire next to Meadowhall causing traffic chaos - how anything managed to burn with that much rain pouring down on it i'll never know!
Following the problems with flooding over the last two days, Network Rail has now re-opened the line between Derby and Sheffield. We will be resume our normal hourly service from Sheffield to St Pancras, departing xx27.
We will be running an hourly service from St. Pancras to Sheffield throughout the day, leaving at xx25.
Services to Derby will run to our published timetable throughout the day.
We will be running an hourly service between St Pancras and Nottingham, leaving St Pancras at xx30, and Nottingham xx07.
The bad news is that there is more heavy and prolonged rain forecast for the weekend, creating the chance of further flooding![]()
