A summary of deliveries so far:

Avonmouth Docks:

99001/99002 17 June 25 (Hauled by 66307)

Portbury Docks:

99003/99004 30 November 2025 (Hauled by 47749)

Avonmouth Docks:

I would expect 13/14 to show up fairly soon, although gaps between previous deliveries have been quite varied (I think the earliest ones were due to flooding issues at the factory).

Someone else did a post summarising this information but with details of the ships involved (where known).

Perhaps there should be a separate thread for ‘Class 99 deliveries’ in the traction forum with an updated summary at the start of the first page?

Yes, I believe the ECML is closed between Newcastle and Berwick....with passenger train diversions via Hexham and Carlisle.

Which brown livery would that be?
Presumably the sleeper ones would be in Teal Green to match the coaches.

Sure GBRf will have a deal with Scotland's Railway to use their washing plant for the RHTT Season. With a bit of tidying up to bring back the glossy paint.

I have often wondered how much this chokes up the air filters and also external moving parts.

Do crew have to reside in the rear loco ?.

How often does the windscreen cleaner fluid need replenishing ?.

Maybe better off in the RHTT thread ?.

Not before the RHTT season ends and the five 99s can be 'released' from their Inverness
for driver training on the northern WCML. So early 2027 at the earliest, I'd say.
