Who’s the best person to contact to chase something up, I emailed Rebecca but I think she’s out of office. So im just wondering if anyone has any other emails or even a phone number I could try?

Would probably end up in the talent pool now for future vacancies unless more places come available. I found that when I passed all my assessments last year (June) I ended up in talent pools as the company I was doing assessments for, were already doing DMI’s so I just missed out, however as soon as this vacancy come up I applied and went straight to DMI as I’d passed to their required standard, so had a head start. Now you have passed your assessments my advice would be to apply as soon as other vacancies come up with other TOCS/FOCS and go straight to DMI. I may be wrong but this is what happened to me and have seen similar posts from other people on here.

Here here. Passed all but dfft to standard. Basically did that dmi and medical and got straight in

Thanks for the responses. apologies i don't think i was clear initially.

I have passed all psychometrics as well including DFFT to freightliners standard and I passed my DMI last week. I have been told that a cohort in may is full as well as one for July. I have seen for other operators/threads on this forum some people getting this far effectively time out of the pool without being offered a place. I am of course eager to start as soon as possible and am just curious on what the likelyhood of not being given a spot on a course.

I have noticed a new recruitment advert has been posted so that is a good sign I guess

Spot on, went straight to DMI with XC and been semi offered a June course, so a decision to be made now. Wait for FL or go with XC

What’s the pool timeframe before you’re out, do you know?

I’ve still not received my contact and the first week is in Crewe then it’s Ferrybridge

I did ask the question already and they said they will provide transportation and accommodation and the hotels are booked from Sun-Fri. I’ve got to travel Somerset to Leeds so even more fun haha

Delighted to have recently been informed that I have passed my DMI. I am just waiting a medical and have been placed in the talent pool in which I was assured I would have a job waiting for me.

Has anyone heard of dates other than May and July? Seems as though both are full.

Congratulations. I am in the same boat at the moment and heard the same regarding the two full courses. i was informed of my pass on 29th march
