I agree my DMI was very relaxed and informal!

Does anyone know what their policy is around deferment of start date. I'm struggling to re arrange alot of commitments to make it for the May start date.

Hi, regarding stage two assessments and MMI interview, can anyone tell me is it freightliner or OPC staff that do the interview?

Has anyone been for a DMI at Tilbury ? If so where about is freight liners premises? Are they actually inside the port so you have to go past the Barriers ?

Email or ring the details on the email from freightliner. If there's later courses then you may be moved to one if them. I k ow someone who started this month was offered a later month due to his notice period

Yes, you have to go through the security barriers, then right at the mini roundabout and follow that road down, then just before the road swings round to the left, turn right over the level crossing and the depot is right there on the right.

I had my DMI there a couple of weeks ago mate. You have to go through the barriers but stop and ask the security where to go after that. Good luck.

I had heard that once you are interviewed then it goes to HR to decide when to proceed. You could be waiting on others to interview to then decide when/if you are suitable for a start date.

My DMI was 3 weeks after my MMI, currently waiting for HR to email me with the DMI results, hoping to hear this week

They'll let you know once everyone has had their DMI. This is what they did last year but not sure if depot dependent or not

Oh right so it’s normal then! Good luck on the results - fingers crossed!
How long did / are people waiting for DMI? It’s 3 weeks now and nothing.
I had an e-mail yesterday for my DMI. Did my stage 2 on 6/02/23.
Yes got the email from OPC saying I’d passed everything on the 8th and that I’d hear from Freightliner but nothing yet. Everybody else seems to be about a week.

Don’t think so mate as people have had offers who interviewed the same day as others who haven’t heard

Hearing, eyesight, urine sample for drugs and alcohol, ECG, blood pressure, height and weight. Standard stuff.
