I can't imagine it being a particularly major club, but I too wish him well. He was an excellent servant at Goodison as well as our friends (allies almost?) north of the border![]()
Seconded - good player at hearts as well

More on the Sports Direct Arena fiasco - and more on why that name is but a fiasco in itself. Long live St James' Park...

Even better to see Pardew's interview at the end, I cannot stand that man
I'm in the mood for some cured meat tonight - a Full ham in fact. When to have it..? How about Five-Two?

at least Sheff Utd didn't win either,.

From my perspective this weekends football doesn't need to be discussed![]()
....especially regarding Oldham Athletic who kept their dismal home form going with a 0-0 home draw against Exeter City who are two places below them in the league.
The way that they are playing at home would even make me worried if either Fort William or Strathspey from the Highland League suddenly turned up for a match..
Oi, Fort William for me encapsulate what is best about British sport. Plodding on year on year, always in the bottom two, getting tonked every week and still carrying on. And either playing with intense passion or complete lack of skill, to judge by the frequent flurries of bookings and sendings-off. Goal difference of -51 after 16 games. Only ten points behind the team above them, with six games in hand, the safe money is on them staying that way. That is heroism!I.....

Cardiff X O O O
Palace X X O X
Not bad so far from the owls tonight. Tied 2nd. Not bad considering the recent crap performances.
1-0 (1-1 Aggregate) in the Carling Cup.
Think Cardiff players are going down very easily, especially Miller
Penalties
Code:Cardiff X O O O Palace X X O X
Cardiff City win 3-1 after four penalties each
Not a happy man
I sincerely hope Liverpool or Manchester City absolutely dominate the Final, and ensure that Cardiff don't get even a sniff of a chance to win.
Apparently Matt doesn't agree![]()
I though the ref was a homer. Miller looked like the Welsh rain would knock him over!
To be fair, Sheff Weds didn't have to do much more than just turn up tonight, especially in the first half!
(Guess where I've just come home from?)
