Tevez's 'ugliness' is down to him receiving severe facial scalding from a boiling kettle coming into contact with it as an infant.
City manager Mancini claims that Carlos Tevez refused to play last night and wants him out of the club, but Tevez has branded the incident a misunderstanding and insisted he was always prepared to play.
Looks like a move to the Irish League might be a good idea then!![]()
£220,000 per week!!!!!!!
I think there's something like a 75% tax barrier on certain earnings, but I read that a lot of these footballers avoid certain taxes (legally) through registering their own companies and selling image rights. I don't know how it works, but if I was on £220,000 per week.........
Strange that industry chiefs on this much PER YEAR are condemned as "FAT CATS" yet footballers, actors and musicians seem to escape under the radar![]()
West Ham have now made an enquiry about taking Tevez on loan. Fat Sam never misses a trick.
Surely the West Ham owners couldn't meet his wage demand! And after the saga last time, I would have though West Ham would have wanted to stay clear of that particular player!![]()
No, he didn't.He singlehandedly kept them in the Premier League! The whole third party ownership saga wasn't his fault anyway.
The word from Old Trafford is that both Rooney and Hernandez will be fit for the next match.
Good news for some people in the fantasy league!![]()
....the linesman wouldn't have been able to tell either way!
I thought if they can't tell, they're supposed to disallow it though?
(I admit a bias)

4) Wolves vs Newcastle - Wolves' equaliser should have counted. The ball wasn't behind the line when it was headed back in to play, and from his position, the linesman wouldn't have been able to tell either way!
Which game was it yesterday, a referee gave a penalt, consulted the lino, then the ref reversed the decision and gave offside, I think it was in the championship
Yet another woeful performance sees Arsenal crash to their 4th game of the season at the enemy's ground in the premier league and only Bolton have a worse goal difference. So into October Arsenal are found in very stormy waters languishing in 15th place and with a worsening injury crisis as they lose yet another of the defence team to injury.
Arsenal fans like myself are beginning to wonder if Arsenal can get any worse, with even more tough fixtures to come in the month of October we could be seeing Arsenal propping up the table with Bolton and the season is already in tatters.
A unseen table in Arsenal fans eyes is the enemy are already 6 points ahead of Arsenal and with 2 games in hand, so in theory we are already 12 points in deficit.
