Who?
Legend? Really?

Although Liverpool supporters would love to have him back at Liverpool, I can't see that happening as they will be rebuilding for the after Gerald period.
I'm sure some Liverpool fans will disagree with me, but the departure of Gerrard could be the best for both parties and will come at an ideal time. I think that this way, Liverpool's midfield will develop into what it wants to be, with the likes of Henderson and Lallana (not that I particularly rate either of them, but that's not important) developing more 'naturally' and not into a midfield that is a structure designed to support Steven Gerrard - the midfield no longer has to be built around him.

As for Oldham, let the protests begin in regards to Evans

I see Hyde did well against 2nd placed Barrow today.
Unfortunately, once again Blackpool failed to secure a win.[emoji20]
Just what has happened to Blackpool going from The Premiership to the bottom of The Championship.
What are they doing with their "parachute payments" ?
Has it been all downhill since "Ollie" left ?
Well...where do I start, we've got a situation whereby Owen Oyston is the owner of the club, but can't hold the post of Chairman, so his son, Karl is Chairman, but doesn't like spending money, so we've ended up with short term loan players and ones on free transfers, not doing much for team or spectator moral.
He will play somewhere to keep his fitness up during the MLS close season.

A precedent was set in 2007 when Oldham Athletic signed Lee Hughes who had been convicted of causing death by dangerous driving and had served half the six year sentence at the time of that signing.
Sad Gerrard is upping sticks and moving, incredibly gifted player. This is my favourite moment from him:

The thing is people will remember Gerrard. I'd forgotten Demba Ba already.
Pretty sure he's done it before. Perhaps the regular "experts" had the day off?
The BBC interviewed a number of Oldham fans. The majority of the fans the BBC spoke with said they didn't have a problem as he'd served his punishment and should be able to get back into work.
Only negative they shown was a woman rambling about role models.
