His last club side managed was Bayern Munich from 2009 to 2011. Were similar comments about this matter raised at that club at the time of his management there?

That's the point 3 years since he was at a club, is a very long time in football

He was sacked from Bayern for only finishing 4th. Before that he led Barcelona to an impressive 12th place!

Looking at most of his clubs he has lasted 2-3 years with 1 good season and the rest being underachieving on the clubs standard

there is no disputing he is a good manager, but he is a short term option looking at his history and methods.

Feel a bit sorry for him there. Looks like it was originally an anti racist picture that was doctored. I would however be made up if everyone who shares Britain First posts on Facebook got done by their employers. That would help stamp out racism.

It is said that Balotelli has accepted the charge and has not requested a public hearing. Would club pressure have been placed upon him to take this course of action?

Although picked up in matches/ international duty probably linked to poor training techniques catching up in matches.

Most probably. He is by all accounts out of touch with modern day to day running of a club.

"Probably linked to poor training techniques"?that's all people are doing, assuming, yes the methods have changed,Shaw was told he simply wasn't fit enough,he went away and came back and was looking great until a poor tackle in the Arsenal game, that was nothing to do with training as far as I am concerned,as is the same with some others.

And it's nothing new really,I have seen depleted Utd sides down the years when Fergie was in charge.
Most of our injuries have been at the back, all the players will be going through the same sessions,Evans,Jones and Smalling must be amongst the most injury prone players out there....they have been like that for as long as I have been watching them.

I also wouldn't call him out of touch,he is way too experienced and he has a great right hand man in Giggsy.;)

Your right,he is a good manager,it's OK stating a couple of seasons where he didn't get it right....all managers have them on their CV but he has also won championships in those Countries and I agree he won't be long term but I put that down to his age.

Every club he has been at he has been successful for 1-2 years then flopped.

Possibly, especially with the Suarez incident. Although maybe he just re read it and thought oops, guilty as charged. I'm hoping he isn't actually anti semitic.

I've pulled up loads of friends posting Britain First stuff on the internet and they at least claim not to have noticed and thought it all seemed quite reasonable. That is what people like this do, they tell people things that seem reasonable. Not in my eyes like but still.

If he can get us back into the CL every season and win us a league title in the next three years then I am sure most Utd fans would be delighted.

Thankfully I didn't att this match (only second league match in seven years that I miss) and given what Latics fans said about this game I glad I didn't went as Oldham were awful from start to finish and I believe Yeovil could won it by 5/6-0, it look like dad given his son a good hiding today.

FA Trophy First Round - Hyde 4-2 Spennymoor Town

What happening to Hyde two wins in two and into second round of FA trophy.

Should Brendan Rodgers be sacked by Liverpool FC ?

He has spent an awful lot of money but seemingly achieved very little from his investments.

Mario....£100k per week is symptomatic of the problems facing the Club and indeed football in general.

Frank Lampard has scored more goals on loan at Manchester City.

Things have never been the same since Alonso left

As long as he continues to win nothing I say keep him.

In all seriousness,he has improved Liverpool from he arrived so sacking may be a bit harsh, certainly at the moment, who would they bring in?

Their problem stems from three things, blowing the league last season, losing their best player and the long injury to Sturridge.

Ballotelli was always a gamble and so far isn't working....Lampard is a far better player.

Yeah Alonso is a super player, losing Mascherano was another loss.

Ha ha. I think sacking him would be harsh. We are without Sturridge which is a big loss. Also we lost Suarez, however anyone who watched the team week in week out last season would know there was more to the team than just Suarez. I dream of us still having Alonso and Mascharano. Ha ha.

Might as well let dads struggling team win, when son is doing well too half!

Should Brendan Rodgers be sacked by Liverpool FC ?

:

He seems to only know one tactic, all the opposition know this now, and many of the players aren't quick enough for that tactic anyway.
He has certainly been found out. We needed a goal against Basle, and the tactic was still for the goalkeeper to roll out and play from the back even in injury time. Get the ball up field quick when a goal is an urgent need.
Rafa has publically said he is considering to be moving back to his Merseyside home in the summer with or without work, as his wife still lives there and his daughter is at school. I would be quite happy to see Rafa back, so let's get rid of BR and have Rafa back. If nothing else he can win knock out cups!

Today will make me decide on Rodgers completely.
The Liverpool starting line up, away at Old Trafford of all places is either complete lost the plot, or total genius.
At the moment I'm edging towards lost the plot.
No striker starting, dropping Mignolet when he has finally started to look to be gaining confidence, and its not like Brad Jones is en experienced back up.

No Rojo for us today - injured on Friday in training - now what were people saying about training methods?

Pleasantly surprised to see Evans and Jones at Centre half - looks like we've gone for a 442.

Van Gaal says he went for pace today - yet leaves Januzaj on the bench, I'm worried for him.

One of todays papers suggest Januzaj will be off on loan with David Moyes' team being the most likely destination

How do you view the selection of Wilson up-front? Is Carrick in the back-four?

Oh dear. That is quite honestly appalling. Mata miles offside, miles offside. Goal given. It's every week, seriously confused about this

So odd how all these awful decisions in Man Utd games favour Man utd.....game over as a contest. Yet again 3 points awarded by the officials

Half time, very sad for the game.

What actually is Rojo's injury?I never heard.

Its a back three with Carrick also, five in midfield including the two wing backs and two up top.

He said he wanted Wilson's pace upfront which is fair enough,Januzaj doesn't fit into that formation,he wouldn't do as a wing back.

Mata's goal was offside but do I care?not on your nelly.:D
Another good performance by De Gea,two good chances by Sterling.

I thought that your first posting of the day would be to report that no less than four Manchester United players had been booked in the first half....:D:D:D:D

Where is your report on yesterday's match at Elland Road....Leeds United 0...Fulham 1?
Surely that should have been your first priority on the thread, as your team are now in 19th position in the Championship. Incidentally, I see that Mowatt of Leeds United was the only player to receive a yellow card in that match. Perhaps you will give your considered opinion on that particular matter.

I see that BetFred were offering odds of 1-5 on you making the first detrimental comment regarding Manchester United on the RailUK website football thread today....:D:D:D:D

All deserved, Fellaini could easily be off. Booked then took Sterling out off the ball..To be fair to Fellani performance wise he's been outstanding recently..Rooneys goal was a class move as well

The sad fact is that the only decision that was actually wrong has meant man utd get a free goal and a 2-0 lead.

Joe Allens booking was deserved as well.

What's so confusing? Offside has a different definition at Old Trafford

Yeah true. How many times we seen it happen over the years. Just poor for the game

Also, Young should have been given a corner moments before, but we'll forget that too...

And yes, appears we have gone for 5 at the back. Key factor is that Carrick is a steady head in it. Fellaini passing awful.

Balne-Wanderer - you also forget that this was the 2nd goal, we were already 1 up and so as you put it would already have our 3 points?! With replays it does appear to be a touch by Van Persie making Mata offside, but I'd challenge all of the conspiracy theorists on here to notice that slight touch in real time.

Balotelli looks to be coming on apparently. Big half for him if he does.

Plenty of times. Of course we'll never know exactly because the BBC, despite keeping stats for almost everything else, do not keep a record. IMO it's because they know full well what it'd say but without evidence it can be claimed it doesn't happen

More generally I think we should revamp offside including counting anyone inside the 18 yard box is automatically interfering with play.

In fairness,it was only the flick by RVP which made him offside and it was the slightest of flicks, still offside of course but just not that obvious in real time to pick out I don't think.

Are you still going to report on the second half of my posting?

Yesterday was two very poor teams in a poor game. We can have no complaints, McCormack and Rodallega took their chance and our strikers didn't.

We are in a relagation battle no doubt. we are very very poor

Best keeper in the league for me De Gea
